When we first learned we were going to be Grandparents I spent quite a bit of time looking for relevant and interesting sites by and for Grandmothers. Most of what I found in late 2017 did not fit -- I wanted something to help me define what it means to be a Nonna on my own terms. And I decided I needed to create my own blog -starting with The Nonna Adventure Begins.

What an amazing privilege it is to write public letters to my Little Guy, share family stories and happenings, encourage parents - aka giving unsolicited parenting advice - and review children books!

And, now, I want to give a little back to other Grandparents.  Passing Down the Love is a delightful site just for Grandmothers; it's filled with suggestions for reading books, doing things, going places, eating and celebrating with your grand-kids.

A good place to start is Kimberly's post Best Grandparenting Books for Grandparents: Advice You Can Use.

Now, go create some wonderful memories with your Grandchild!
