Charlotte Zolotow & Wendell Minor

Zolotow wrote more than 70 picture books and poetry for young children. She was so highly regarded by book editors and authors, that the Charlotte Zolotow Award for outstanding picture book was established in 1998 and a number of books reviewed here have earned this award!

Minor has designed more than two thousand book covers and written and/or illustrated more than fifty children's books. He was named the 2018Artist Laureate for the Normal Rockwell Museum.
