Dear Farmhouse Diary,

It has been so difficult not visiting with Little Guy and Noodle, let alone missing my Daughter's birthday because we are sick!  The last few weeks have been a doozy here with lots of hard work preparing a rental to sell followed by the Boss testing positive for COVID. And I should have taken his offer to self-quarantine in the guest bedroom... but I am incredibly thankful for the antiviral medication available. As I told Gigi Sue (aka my Mother!), "we are heading towards recovery."

While we've been hunkering down due to the "big germs," Little Guy has been concerned enough to create and mail a get well embroidery "card" to us. I can't wait for it to get here - he's assured us it will cheer us up and that it has a long enough loop to hang up!

This kid makes my heart squeeze with love and cracks me up at the same time!
